ROOM RENTAL RULES:

1. All renters must be out of the Nile no later than 12:00 midnight.

2. To secure a room, a 50% refundable up to 60 days before the event,  deposit must be made at the time of booking with the balance due 7 days prior to the event.

3. All food service must go through one of our preferred catering companies.

4. No outside food or alcohol, on a case by case basis exceptions can be made for specialty deserts or cakes with a signed food waiver. 

5. A $500.00 refundable damage deposit at time of final payment, and will be assessed by Nile management after the event.
